General Data Protection Regulation

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

What we do

In order to comply with the GDPR, we carefully track all data, including any personal identifiable information (PII), if any. We only store and use the data we actually need.

Account information

Used for creating and maintaining a Seams-CMS account.

We collect:

  • full name
  • email address
  • password1

1 Passwords are encrypted (hashed) using industry-strength hashing techniques. We are not able to view any passwords.

Payment information

Used for invoicing and calculating tax on subscriptions.

We collect:

  • business address and location
  • tax number

All payments are made through a third party payment provider. At no time we are able to view or access any credit card information.

Tracking of users

At this point in time, we do not use any third-party tracking. However, some third-party suppliers (like stripe, google maps, fontawesome and others) can track you through our site.

It might be possible, even likely, that in a later stadium, we implement analytics and other measuring tools to optimize our website and CMS platform for our customers and visitors.
